RICHARD B. HENRY, ESQUIRE

Attorney Henry has been practicing law since 1980. In that span of
time he has gained experience in real estate law, criminal law as both
defense counsel and as an assistant district attorney, civil litigation,
construction cases, all aspects of family law, including past service to
the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas as the principal custody
master for seven years, Children and Youth matters, LCB matters, all
facets of property owners association law, including one of the
preeminent appellate court association cases, and wills and trusts.
He has also represented various municipalities as general solicitor
and as zoning hearing board and appeals board solicitor and has
represented numerous subdivision and zoning clients. His real estate practice has included thousands of title searches and hundreds of title insurance matters. He continues as a licensed agent for Conestoga Title Insurance Co. ​

Attorney Henry received his preparatory education at Rider College (BA, 1971) and his legal education at Ohio Northern University (JD, 1980). Between undergraduate school and law school, he served on the editorial staff of the area newspaper, The Wayne Independent. While in law school, he was co-editor of the school's newspaper, The Writ.

He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1980. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District of Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has also served two three-year terms as a review officer for the Disciplinary Board. Additionally, he is prepared to share his experience as a mediator or arbitrator, having also served several years as a standing chair of the Wayne County Arbitration Panel.
